Privacy Policy for My Labubu Collection

This privacy policy applies to the My Labubu Collection app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Vitor Leite (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This data is used to help improve the user experience and may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

• The operating system used on your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

2. Local Data Storage & Media Permissions

The Application provides features to create custom entries (Custom Labubus or Accessories). Regarding your data:

• Local Storage: All custom information you enter—such as names, series, and descriptions—is stored locally and exclusively on your device's internal database.

• Media Access: To add photos to your custom items, the Application uses the Android Photo Picker. This secure system tool allows you to select specific images for use in the app without granting the Application permission to see or access your entire photo library or device storage.

• Privacy of Images: When you select an image via the Photo Picker, the Application creates a local copy in its private internal folder. Your images are NOT uploaded to any server, cloud service, or external database. They remain strictly on your physical device and are never shared with the Service Provider.

3. User Content Responsibility

By using the "Add Custom Item" feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any text or images you add to the Application.

• Liability: The Service Provider is not responsible for the nature, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content.

• Compliance: You must ensure that you have the legal right to use any images you add and that they comply with local laws and regulations.

4. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services

• AdMob

5. Disclosure of Information

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

6. Opt-Out & Data Retention

• Opt-Out: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.

• Data Deletion: Since your custom items and images are stored locally, deleting the Application or clearing its data will permanently remove all your custom content. The Service Provider does not have access to, and cannot recover, your local images or entries.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child has provided personal information via email or analytics, it will be deleted immediately.

8. Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data processed within the Application.

9. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
